Domestic: 1 hour minimum charge.
Rates are charged per hour and subject to VAT @ 20%.
An itemised invoice will be issued on completion of the work.
The time starts from the moment we arrive at the property (or collect the keys).
All rates exclude the cost of any materials required.
Commercial or within Congestion Zone: 2 hour minimum charge.
Parking and congestion charge costs are covered by the customer.
Payment is due immediately, this can be made by bank transfer, card, cheque, or cash.
Most jobs are fixed or made safe within 1-2 hours. If the electrical fault is beyond repair, we will give you a fixed quote to complete the work or materials required, before commencing.
